Mandala

The simplest structure of Mandala. Note that the T gates are substituted by the four cardinal points.

Mandala is a two dimensional representation of the axis mundi: the junction between the physical and the metaphysical. The physical is man or the earth, the metaphysical is God or heaven (sky), and Mandala is where God and man or heaven (sky) and earth are reconciled.

The universe is the sum of heaven and earth.

Universe = Heaven (Sky) + Earth

mandala (emphasis on first syllable; Sanskrit मण्डल, maṇḍala – literally "circle") is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe(Wikipedia)

We learnt from the Taiji that the axis mundi represents balance or stability. Therefore the universe of the axis mundi is the orderly universe known as the cosmos, which means that Mandala is a two-dimensional representation of the cosmos.

"mandala" has become a generic term for any diagram, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a microcosm of the universe. (Wikipedia)

Mandala is simply a square and a circle. The square is earth or Space, the circle is heaven (sky) or Time, and Mandala is Space-time.
The basic form of most mandalas is a square with four gates containing a circle with a center point. Each gate is in the general shape of a T. (Wikipedia)

Mandala is the simplest structure of the Holy of Holies (the new Jerusalem). The Holy of Holies is a cube made up of six square facets, where four out of the six squares faces constitute space or earth and the remaining two square faces constitute time or sky.

The square enclosing the circle (the glory) is the square described as follows,

The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. (Revelation 21:16) "NKJV"
In order to differentiate the sky or heaven from the earth, the square facets representing heaven or sky are substituted by two circles. Hence, the Holy of Holies is made up of four squares and two circles; where the first circle is Up or the sky above, and the second circle is Down or the sky below.

The sky above is the first circle round the clock (i.e. from sunrise to sunset), where the twelve units of the clock are twelve pearls.
The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. (Revelation 21:21) "NKJV"

Sky above: Circle 1

Circle 1 = 12 Pearls
              = Sunrise to Sunset
              = 12 Hours

The twelve gates were twelve pearls: the circle of the sky above is made up of the twelve gates

Since the twelve gates are the twelve tribes of Israel, the sky above (or Up) is Israel.

The sky below is the second circle round the clock (i.e. sunset to sunrise), where the twelve units of the clock are twelve foundation stones.
The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. (Revelation 21:14) "NKJV"

The twelve foundation stones are precious stones.
The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones (Revelation 21:19) "NKJV"

Sky below: circle 2

Circle 2 = 12 Precious Stones
              = Sunset to Sunrise
              = 12 Hours

Since the twelve foundation stones are the twelve apostles of the Lamb, the sky below (or down) is the Church.

Therefore Israel and the Church are two glories  (2 Circles) reconciled at the Axis Mundi. The clock (Time) is the point of reconciliation  between the Church and Israel, such that the clock is the ring of light known as the light of the glory of God.

Therefore Mandala is a square enclosing a circular clock. The twelve pearls and the precious stones are reconciled into the twelve units of the clock.

Israel is masculine and the Church is feminine. Therefore the reconciliation between Israel and the Church at the axis mundi is a marriage feast between the Lamb and his bride. The marriage feast is called the Wedding Feast of the Lamb.
Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7) "NKJV"

The Lamb: Israel (Husband)

His Wife: the Church

Mandala is the two dimensional representation of the Holy of Holies (the axis mundi) where Israel and the Church are reconciled.

Reconciliation = Marriage

The Covenant Box

The Covenant Box (also Ark of the Covenant or Ark of the Testimony) is the square enclosing the circle and the eight-pointed star of the Mandala crested on the floor of the cavern under the Pierced Stone (the Foundation Stone) inside the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Recall that Jesus is the Ish-Man, made up of body and Spirit. The body is the Lamb and the Spirit is God. For instructional purpose, the Lamb is the Pierced Stone at the center of Dome of the Rock.
“People will look at him whom they pierced.” (John 19:37) "GNT"
Then they will look on Me whom they pierced. (Zechariah 12:10) "NKJV"
The Lamb was pierced on the side as follows:
one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear (John 19:34) "NKJV"
The small hole on the southeastern corner of the Pierced Stone is the injury sustained by Lamb when they pierced him. The foundation stone is called the Pierced Stone because of the injury sustained by Jesus. In other words, Jesus is the rock at the center …

The Nine Worlds

The First world is the void somewhere between the sun and the moon, and the other eight worlds are the eight planets of the solar system. The eight planets constitute the physical world and the void or emptiness (the first world) is the metaphysical where God dwells.

Planet Saturn is the microcosm of the Solar System, the Milky Way Galaxy is the macrocosm of the Solar System, and gravitational wave formed during binary black hole merger is the macrocosm of the galaxy. Therefore the nine worlds are present in the planetary, galactic and astronomical levels.

The eight physical worlds are numbered according to their proximity to the sun. The first of the eight physical worlds is the planet closest to the sun and the last world is the planet farthest from the sun.

The solar system is a compass where the Tao is the center of the compass and the eight planets are the eight directions of the compass. The eight directions are:
