SiXiang

Four phase (four hexagrams) described as
four living creatuires.

'Si Xiang' is the four living creatures (four phases) described in Revelation 4:6-8. The four living creatures are four hexagrams, and since a hexagram is a six-pointed star, the six wings of each living creature are the six points of a six-pointed star.

New International Version of the Holy Bible described the four living creatures as follows:
In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back. (Revelation 4:6) "NIV"
King James Version of the Holy Bible refers to the living creatures as four animals.
In the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. (Revelation 4:6) "KJV"
Beast: animal
Four beasts: four animals

The four animals are symbolized by four hexagrams, and six (the first three letters of the word 'Si Xiang') implies the six wings of each of the four living creatures or four animals.
And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him (Revelation 4:8) "KJV"
Four beasts: four symbols
Four symbols: four hexagrams
Six wings: six points of the six-pointed star or the hexagram

The four animals are described as follows:
And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.       (Revelation 4:7) "KJV"

Bagua is made up of two squares, and each square is divided into four triangles. Since a square is made up of four triangles, the two squares constituting the Bagua are equal to eight triangles.
Mathematically,

Bagua = Square + Square
           = 2 Squares

A Square = 4 Triangles

Therefore,

Bagua = 2(4 Triangles)
           = 8 Triangles

Each triangle is a trigram such that the eight triangles are eight trigrams. The three sides of the triangle (the trigram) are the following three persons of the Blessed Trinity:
  1. Father
  2. Son
  3. Holy Spirit
Jesus says,
Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples: baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19) "GNT"
Recall that the Holy Spirit (the third person) is the Tao, and the Tao is the sum of the Father and the Son, the trigram is equal to the first two persons of the Blessed Trinity. Each person is a line so that a trigram is two lines and the eight trigrams are 16 (2 × 8) lines.

Mandala

Mandala is a two dimensional representation of the axis mundi: the junction between the physical and the metaphysical. The physical is man or the earth, the metaphysical is God or heaven (sky), and Mandala is where God and man or heaven (sky) and earth are reconciled.

The universe is the sum of heaven and earth.

Universe = Heaven (Sky) + Earth

A mandala (emphasis on first syllable; Sanskrit मण्डल, maṇḍala – literally "circle") is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism, representing the universe(Wikipedia)
We learnt from the Taiji that the axis mundi represents balance or stability. Therefore the universe of the axis mundi is the orderly universe known as the cosmos, which means that Mandala is a two-dimensional representation of the cosmos.

"mandala" has become a generic term for any diagram, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a microcosm of the universe. (Wikipedia)
Mandala is simply a square and …

Holy of Holies

The Holy of Holies or the Most Holy Place is the Axis Mundi in the form of a brilliant or glowing transparent glass cube described as the holy city, the great city, the holy Jerusalem, the new Jerusalem, and the bride (the wife of the Lamb).

“Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”      (Revelation 21:9) "NIV"
A cube is made up of six square facets, eight vertices and twelve edges. The eight vertices constitute space, the twelve edges constitute time, and the six square facets (or faces) constitute space-time where the three hands of time are reconciled to three dimensional space.

8 Vertices = Space

12 Edges = Time

6 Sides = Space-time

Space (the 8 vertices) is a compass and time (the 12 edges) is a clock, such that the cube (the Holy of Holies) is a compass clock.

The compass is the geographical axis, the clock is the celestial axis, and the cube is the Axis Mundi (the center of the world) where the celestial axis and the geographical axis are connected or u…

The Covenant Box

The Covenant Box (also Ark of the Covenant or Ark of the Testimony) is the square enclosing the circle and the eight-pointed star of the Mandala crested on the floor of the cavern under the Pierced Stone (the Foundation Stone) inside the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

Recall that Jesus is the Ish-Man, made up of body and Spirit. The body is the Lamb and the Spirit is God. For instructional purpose, the Lamb is the Pierced Stone at the center of Dome of the Rock.
“People will look at him whom they pierced.” (John 19:37) "GNT"
Then they will look on Me whom they pierced. (Zechariah 12:10) "NKJV"
The Lamb was pierced on the side as follows:
one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear (John 19:34) "NKJV"
The small hole on the southeastern corner of the Pierced Stone is the injury sustained by Lamb when they pierced him. The foundation stone is called the Pierced Stone because of the injury sustained by Jesus. In other words, Jesus is the rock at the center …
